Oops, I ghosted my friends again

Let this candle's aroma of antique leather bound books and intoxicating woods surround you as you take time for some self care.  

This candle reminds me of my favorite places. The bookstore or library. Browsing in silence as I pick my next adventure is so peaceful and exciting to me. I'm a very sociable person, but I do value my alone time and admit to often turning down invitations if I am feeling overwhelmed. My experience of the outside world can cause anxiety and overstimulation, so taking breaks in quiet places is crucial for me. I often use this time to let my creativity flow.  Self-care and taking time to unwind are essential for all of us. Some just need a day or two, some more than that and that's ok. You'll be back when you're good and ready.
